How far in advance should I book?
For event coverage and social content packages, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. For larger brand or commercial productions, 3–4 weeks gives us time to plan properly. Reach out early and we'll work around your timeline.
Do you travel for projects?
Yes. While we're based in Ocean City, Maryland, we're available for travel both domestically and internationally. Travel fees apply depending on location and project scope.
How long until I receive my content?
Edited content is typically delivered within 48 hours for standard projects. Larger productions and brand films have a 5–7 business day turnaround. Same-day edits are available for events on request.
Is drone footage available for any project?
Drone coverage is available as a standalone service or add-on to any video project. Jordan is FAA Part 107 licensed and fully insured. Some locations require advance permitting — we handle that as part of the process.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a deposit to hold your date. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for larger projects we can arrange split payment schedules. Details are worked out during the booking process.
